It's a special-purpose terminal, but I can't tell for what by reading the keycaps for those dozens of PF keys. It's made for some place with banks of terminals, because of the daisy-chained multidrop serial connections. Maybe airline (and I'd guess Lufthansa from the grey/yellow color scheme.) It's got a 5 1/2 inch floppy so it has to be post 1976, and I'd guess not much after that. If we could get closeups of those special keys along the top with the white paper labels maybe could guess.

It's not a kaypro. Can you read the paper labels on the EEPROMS?
