Theres a couple of companies that have been trying to sell replacements for those as the remaining ones are falling apart and theres still a niche fo amphibious tours.

Yeah the Duk was made in WW2 and are not the safest vehicles unless you are crossing a river.

I am fairly sure it's a Hydra Terra https://camillc.com/hydra-terra/ by CAMI (Cool Amphibious Manufacturers International). They are really slow in the water, as expected, and generally don't go too far out. They are fun, if you want a city and harbor bus tour they are fun, and are often rented out as ruckus party busses.
They make other vehicles, including an amphibious RV and rescue vehicles.
