without any details about what it is you want to do on this pc, the parts are all good fits for each other.
only concern is make sure if you’re paying for Windows, get a retail license instead of the OEM one. the OEM one is non-transferable I believe, meaning it’s locked to your hardware. retail version allows you to move it to a new pc (motherboard change) in the future.

for games like rust I'd suggest the cpu like the 9800x3d instead, it's way better in gaming than what you picked.

If you go with this list I made, the parts are better quality and cheaper as well and you won't go wrong with it. Saves you $500 as well

honestly it is i would personally change a few things for my preference i would change the psu to a platinum 1000 w just for safety since eventhough it only says 638w I have the habit of multiplying watage by 1.5 then ball park9ng my psu from that intel.cpus are verry power hungry and thats one reason why also fans you have toom for 4 more fans in your build 1 mor on the bottom and 3 more on the side
