Hey guys i recently upgraded my pc. I have a 9700 XT right now and in general it's been pretty great but I've noticed that (no matter what im playing) if I want to watch a youtube video on my 2nd monitor during it, the video becomes very stuttery and just unwatchable. This never happened with my rtx 3080 in the past. I've turned off MPO, updated all the drivers, bios, whatever. But I can't seem to fix it. I don't get why it happens. Does anyone have any clue?
