This sounds too good to be true. $4000 bonus for new drivers. Has anyone heard about this company?

When I got hired on at a company that offered 5k sign on bonus. They said it was changed to 3k right before they hired me. Pretty scummy in my opinion but still got like 2300 after taxes.

Was it a mega carrier or one of these small companies?

Small chemical company that has its own private fleet

I received a 5k sign on bonus less than a year ago. Half on the first paycheck and half after 90 days. I was offered a 6 k sign on bonus for another company recently. The only red flag I see is that they don’t require experience. Usually sign on bonuses in that area are for experienced drivers.

Get it in a written agreement before you take the job so they can’t rug-pull the money out from you.

Hirschbach is offering $10,000 sign on bonus.

Its actually pretty common. The catch is that it’s usually distributed over the course of 6 months to a year

10K in 2021 where I used to work. Catch was it was paid over two years. Washout rate was about 90%.

Never heard of them, but I'm in TN and got a $4000 sign on. Payed out $2000 at 6 months and $2000 after a year. Thats about my weekly wages also.

Good companies don't need cash gimmicks for recruiting.

Eh i can see some cases where they might really need more drivers from sudden demand but yea its generally not a good sign

Sus
Oh boy, they're going to try to low-key work you to death...

Got me at home time being a red flag, but I 100% support employing felons. It just needs to be handled with care.
homucifer666@reddit
I also support hiring felons, but I also know that if a company is enthusiastic about hiring them, odds are it's because they intend to exploit them knowing that they likely don't have better options.

Right 😂it's a bait

Company I work for did 5k sign on bonus when I was hired. It was paid to me bimonthly.
Coworker who got me hired received up to 1200 dollars. Paid out 100 dollars a month for every month I stayed. (1 years/1200 max)

Did they need you to have experience?

My company was doing 10k for awhile when they were short. Foodservice company. I think it’s a 5 now. They were offering that same exact bonus for a referral bonus as well. I think referring dropped to 3 or 5 I’d have to look it up.

While not impossible, definitely unlikely and improbable... but to each their own
