Recommendation for food dehydrator machine and electric canner

I need recommendations for a food dehydrator machine and electric canner. My stove doesn't allow canning to be on the cook top. My fruit trees are finally growing fruit, and I need to be able to dehydrate and do canning to add to my deep pantry. Thanks in advance.

My friend has the Pesto digital canner that she uses for her green beans. She really likes it..

Since this is a prepper sub I feel pointing you to "safe canning" practices is prudent. If survival is the end goal there is no need to take a risk with Botulism. Watterbath/steam canners are only to be used for food that has high enough sugar content or low enough Ph (4.6 or lower) to inhibit bacterial growth. Safe tested recipes and helpful advice are available over in r/Canning . I urge everyone to not fall victim to survivors bias and the "my grandmother always did it and I didn't die" mentality.
Also as omnian has stated there are no "electric pressure cookers" tested as safe.

I have a Cosori dehydrator. It's not top of the line but works well and has metal racks.

My Nesco dehydrator melted down, definitely go all metal.

If you’re canning fruit a steam canner will work.

Thank you. I didn't know there were steam canners.

A propane turkey fryer burner setup outdoors is the way to go.

Excalibur for the dehydrator. We have two and they have been awesome.

There are no safe electric canners. If you really can't can on your stove, get a propane burner and use it instead - that's how I can, just to keep the house cooler..

Canning outside or an old skewl "summer kitchen" is definitely the way to go.

Thank you for that information.

I have an excalibur dehydratorand love it. Having one that can make homemade beef jerky was well worth the extra cost. As far as canners, I’ve never heard of an electric one before. We just use the water baths or pressure canner for that
