Does your shop offer the professional-grade Gtechniq Ceramic? It's called Crystal Serum Ultra.

I’ll have to ask. Whats the difference between that and the CSL one?
Jordan_Gtechniq@reddit
CSL is the consumer version, Crystal Serum Ultra is the accredited/pro-only version.
The simple way I’d look at it is CSL is a really solid coating, but Ultra is the step up in terms of durability, chemical resistance, and overall long-term protection. It’s also only available through accredited installers, so if they offer CSU, that usually means they’re part of the Gtechniq accredited network and can back it with the proper guarantee.
CSL is still a good choice, especially at that price, but if you’re already paying a shop to do the correction/prep/install, I’d at least ask what the price difference would be for Ultra. Might be worth it depending on how long you plan to keep the vehicle and what type of climate you're in.
Disclaimer: I work for Gtechniq North America, so take the product-specific parts with that in mind lol.

They offer $1250CAD for a full CSU ceramic coating + exterior detail. Thoughts on that?

When I convert this to dollars, that's cheap. In the American market, an Ultra install would start at $1250 USD for a very small vehicle. Obviously, every market is different. I usually push anyone in a salty or corrosive environment to get Ultra or a similar coating because it's very chemically resistant. Ask your installer if he'll throw in a windshield coating for free since you're springing for Ultra.
Make sure he gives you paperwork with the guarantee sticker.

I checked on your website. The detailing shop is accredited which is good! Hopefully they throw in a free windshield coating too

What’s your question? Those are very reasonable prices.
