What are you waiting for? Why does it matter what PC you have as long as it has a decent graphics card and enough RAM playing and developing?

I don't know much but I had a video game design class in high school. We used unity and only made 2d games but we were just on simple dell desktop computers. So you can kinda create on a toaster

same my work PC is basically toaster and still works fine for basic stuff
