What state is your license from? Most places aren’t shy about selling you a copy of your MVR.

I have a few incidents while backing this past year but nothings showing on my record, I'm still with same company, will they report them when I'm no longer working here?

Only law enforcement and courts are able to put anything on your MVR. What you're looking for is a copy of your DAC report, and most companies don't list accidents/incidents until you either quit or get terminated.

You should be able to walk into your local DMV and ask to purchase a copy of it.
