He wouldn’t have been hired at Swift Transportation, because they’re heavily regulated, and have enough issues with drivers, who are citizens and those with good legal status. They pay enough in lawsuits already. This driver was from an outside carrier, White Hawk Carriers Inc., a trucking company based in Ceres, California. Most likely Swift was contracted with an outside entity that use that company.

Ceres and Fresno are the hotbeds of East Indian Truckers and companies AND schools that pump out these asshats by the dozens. I've seen them training with a Class C tractor, 20ft flatbed, automatic trans, then these loonies head out on our highways---

That's a swift trailer, but the truck may not be associated with swift. Swift rents out a lot of trailers to Amazon and Walmart. The truck looks like an O/O setup.

I'm NOT defending anyone. And that man is a murderer. "Vehicular manslaughter" is what he's charged with.

I only said that his personal information should probably not be posted online. This requires no further translation or transfiguration.

In the EU there is a personal data protection law that protects everyone equally - decent human, citizen, criminal or otherwise. Not sure if US has something similar but the sub reddit rules against posting personal data...
