Foreigners are not the biggest issue. Bad foreign drivers are the ones the news concentrates on most. It’s not like citizens stopped having accidents or that they had less. Since there are more citizen drivers out there.

They would not hire me because I could not provide sleep apnea management documentation. I did sleep tests and dont have sleep apnea. They insisted they could not hire me without the document. I can't get documents for something I never have had. I say that to ask. How the f did this guy get hired? He is a walking health hazard.

I used to work for swift for 15 years. When I first started at the company. There were a lot of drivers used to talk about the company. Many of those used to be old swift drivers who got fired. So yes, Swift will hire a rookie. You got to start somewhere. But they won’t hire immigrants with legal status. They will even contract a Mexican carrier to carry their stuff across the border. They will not hire illegal immigrants.

At least he's doing a walk around of his truck, more than most drivers I see on the road. Plus he's got a Peterbilt, Swift only gives those company trucks to drivers that put in a lot of time and have a great safety record.

Owner Operators drive the blue trucks. I've seen both males and females, larger than this waddling slob climb out of Swit Trucks. Swift and Knight are a danger to the nation's highways. Hopefully, that wreck yesterday in Lodi, where 4 died, will cost Swift billions...Swift is self insured

Swift company drivers drive blue trucks with the swift logos on the door and the top of the cab. The information you're working with is old. I've seen a lot of large drivers across the country and it doesn't seem to be a Swift thing, it's an industry thing. A lot of drivers live out of their trucks for months at a time and don't eat right.
