I was looking for a 2.5 inch sata for my budget build and stumbled on this listing in china app for 15$… i read the description and they offer to download windows for you, is this sketchy?

Ok like, 15 bucks is an insanely unrealistic price for any kind of 2.5 TB Sata. It will not have the Storage capacity it claims to have, will be unreliable and a waste of money.

Super sketchy. Storage is easy to fake, and that's what they're doing. It's not like CPUs or RAM that are hard to fake.
