Specs:

- Ryzen 5 7500F
- RX 9060 XT
- MSI B650M Gaming WiFi
- 16GB DDR5
- New PSU installed recently

Issue:
PC randomly restarts under stress and sometimes even during light usage/downloads. No BSOD, just instant reboot.

What I already tried:

- Fresh Windows 11 reinstall
- Fresh AMD chipset drivers
- Fresh GPU drivers using DDU
- Replaced PSU
- Reseated RAM
- RAM running at stock 4800 MT/s (EXPO disabled)
- Windows Memory Diagnostic showed no errors
- Temps are normal
- OCCT CPU+RAM test restarts PC within \~5 minutes

Interesting part:
Originally thought it was GTA V because crashes happened there first, but now it can also restart during downloads or normal usage.

At this point I’m suspecting motherboard, CPU memory controller, RAM instability, or GPU instability.

Any ideas on what component is most likely failing?
