I am getting transferred to budapest on intra-corporate transfer, need help with booking any hotel/hostel/apartment for two people for 1 month. Main concern is that the landlord or manager of the property willing to sign Accomodation receipt form. It is required for visa application as per my firm.

Budapest local here — this is a common issue for corporate transfers.
Best options for getting the official receipt form signed:
Serviced apartments and corporate housing providers are your best bet — they deal with this regularly and are familiar with the Hungarian accommodation receipt requirements. Look at:
Avoid standard Airbnb — most hosts won't sign official forms and some don't even know what they are.
Key tip: When contacting any property, specifically mention upfront that you need a "szálláshely-bejelentő nyilatkozat" (accommodation registration declaration) signed — this is the official Hungarian term. Properties that deal with corporate clients will understand immediately.
For a 1 month stay two people, budget €800-1200/month for a decent serviced apartment in a central district.
Hope that helps — good luck with the transfer!

You have no chance finding a single accommodation for that period because of Sziget. That week prices will jump a lot in Budapest so you’ll need to switch accommodations multiple times.

And your budget ?

Welp this is an unique situation, so your best bet is to call hotels or airbnbs and ask them if they can do it. I'd start with hotels, maybe business hotels, because there's a better chance that they can provide these kind of receipts.

Contact an immigration consultant, Helpers Hungary has a good reputation. Although the whole situation is very weird, this is something that your company should take care of…

No one will sign an immigration accommodation form for one month unless you have a lease.

your company should take care of this for you - not Reddit

Wouldn’t have posted here if they were doing it, I too expected them to do it.
