Go to the food bank and take as many Cracker Jack boxes as you can, you might find a CDL in there some day. I heard that's how the Swift guys get it, I would know, I was one of them.
Edit: Oh, you said quick, nvm.

Ain't no free lunch in this world. Slim chance you'll find someone willing to train you and let you use their truck. Can go work for a mega and they pay you to get it our pay 5k for school.

I got my CDL free, they paid me stipends to go to class, and I got a voucher for a pair of Red Wing work boots and work pants. All this was from my city and I didn't have to go to any mega carrier to get my CDL
OP look at your workforce programs for the city, also look at your local college they might have programs

To get a CDL now you HAVE to go through ELDT (Entry Level Driver Training) from a DOT Approved program/trainer. They wonāt even let you take the skills test without proof of that training.
There are ways to get a CDL āFreeā (dock to driver programs, or company sponsored training), but there is a minimum amount of hours you are required to complete that would take about a month to do if you spend 5 days a week working on it.
