Didn’t these guys go out of business?
ChapelHillGuns@reddit
Yes. Then somebody else bought the company and started them back up.

I think they almost went out of business and sold the company years back and then the new owners went out of business recently and now they're back.

The product isn't bad, there's just no demand on account of the fact that cheap piston ARs are a silly concept to begin with.
Add a bunch of weight and more wear parts to the front of your gun, and in return you get... maybe more comfy suppressor use. But the guys using cans aren't buying the "cheap" piston AR, they're buying HKs and Sigs and whatever else.

Sadly it is a niche market. I have several of the low profile adjustable piston left handed systems they made.
They where a good product for those who time and shoot suppressed.

Gas block rails need to die
internetenjoyer69420@reddit
They are the bell bottom jeans of AR parts.

Is this real? i thought they died after the rebuy of the company. I got mine in the fleet farm days. i honestly love it. Then i bought a new upper for my pistol-very smooth and it runs great suppressed.
.....that gas block though :(

I have multiple Adam’s Arms guns (small frame 308, 556 Midlength Evo, and 556 P2 micro gas block).
They’ve all been reliable, accurate, and high quality. I shoot them more than my DI ARs.
Are they better suppressed in STOCK config to compared to a TUNED gas gun? No. Are they better suppressed than your run of the mill mid tier stock DI gun? Yes.
I’m not a die hard piston vs DI guy, but do find it interesting the rise of the HK416.
As much as I love their product, the biggest downside is that their business issues are a concern. If something ever breaks and they’re out of business, I’m out of luck.
However, all this to say that the P1 in 2026 is very outdated without a rail and basic handguards and finding rails to fit the piston and big ass railed gas block is annoying.
