Unless you get a full ride or come from money then you're an idiot for not going to community college first. Going into debt while you're just taking gen ed courses and figuring out a major you actually like is a true moron move.
Yeah if you don’t have a pathway that needs a bachelors from a reputable college it’s not worth it. Like all the dumbasses that get a psychology degree and do nothing with it just to say they went to college.
Even if all you're doing is getting a bachelor's in psychology you should go to community college first before going to a university to finish off the degree. The first two years are almost entirely gen ed courses. The next two are focused on your major. That's the case whether you go to community first or straight to uni.
I ended doing a year at community first just because I couldn’t afford oncampus housing so I get it. I just know a lotta dudes who did all 4 years with a psychology degree and zero plan to do anything with it, then they complain about student loans afterwards.
I think someone mentioned it had been deleted, screenshot this one and send it to them id say. Make sure you stress that you saw it online so they don’t think it was you on accident
Why are people such cunts? Threatening mass murder is unacceptable in any and every context. I hope to God the police find the stupid cunt who posted this threat and bury him under the jail.
Part of me is thinking/hoping Anon is being a smartass and the college is closed for next week
I remember there was something where someone posted “don’t come to school tomorrow” and the school was closed for the weekend or a holiday or something but the police were still contacted about it

As a non-american, I learned from the show "Community" that the best place to study is a community college. Oh all the wacky hijinks and whimsical adventures I could've had.
Unironically can be the best place to study. Depending on the CC ofc. Unlike the stereotypes, mine had almost no older population, and most people were there with a goal to transfer to a better 4 year with many going on to UCLA, UC Berkeley. Also the place had full peer tutoring support for most classes which was also good for the student tutors since they were paid; a dedicated open math center, writing center, physics center, with its own group of paid tutors separate from class by class tutoring. Clubs and campus activities could also be very active.
I might have a unique experience but honestly felt more lively and engaging in CC compared to after I transferred to a big university.
Bellevue College has some really great programs. They offer multiple bachelor's programs as well, and some are the best in the region for their subject types.
Also, Washington State (where BC is located) offers a program to high school students called Running Start. If the students have a good enough GPA, they can take free classes at community colleges until they graduate high school.
