First-time used parts build for BeamNG + VR — sanity check before I order?

Building my first PC with a mix of new and used parts and would appreciate a sanity check before pulling the trigger. Primary use: BeamNG.drive with big maps, heavy mods, and \~15 AI traffic, plus some VR and general gaming. Budget: roughly £1500 total. Location: UK. Parts list: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/ZCJbK7 — Ryzen 7 9800X3D, ASUS ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WiFi, 32GB DDR5-6000 (used), RX 9070 XT (used, £500), Corsair RM850x 850W, Lexar NM1090 PRO 1TB PCIe 5.0, Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360, Montech King 95 Pro Black, Logitech G923 wheel (used). I plan to MemTest86 the RAM (full pass) and run FurMark + 3DMark on the GPU for 30+ min before the return window closes, plus check for coil whine and repaste marks. Specific questions: 1) Anything I’ve missed or could swap for better value? 2) Any AIO clearance issues with the Arctic LF III Pro 360 in the King 95 Pro? 3) Sanity check that 9800X3D is the right call over 9950X3D for BeamNG? Cheers in advance.
