Wouldn't it be easier to assassinate someone on International waters or even just out on the sea if you're some corpo lifer?
BanzaiKen@reddit
He neglected to mention the flotilla of Steam support agents guarding their emperor.

My sample size of 3 people have similar opinions on the steam machine. 1. 'I have a good pc I'm not really interested.' 2 'I have a steam deck and want to upgrade to a pc so I'm not really interested.' 3 'I have a steam deck and will get a steam machine if it's below ~$700 and good I'll get the machine if not I'll stick with the deck'
DreamsServedSoft@reddit
none of those people are the target audience
VideoOregano556@reddit
Who is? Steam fanboys?
jacktherippr@reddit
I want to play on my big TV and keep my steam library/eco system.
I'm the target audience.
HitIerWasBad@reddit
Why not just connect your pc to the tv and use an xbox controller or bluetooth mouse and keyboard. That's what I do. I use steam and xbox gamepass on my pc on my 55 inch led tv in the living room to play the kinds of games that deserve to be on big screens and then I play games at my desk that are the simulator/anxiety management shit I like or online shooters. It's much cheaper to just move it around no?
jacktherippr@reddit
Convince of keeping a clean setup and not having to lug around a big PC box.
Plenty of people have a console + PC, this way I don't have to have the console and keep my 20+ year library.
nihongonobenkyou@reddit
Local streaming of your Steam library to a much cheaper device is what you want, then. If you have a more powerful PC than the hardware in the GabeDick, your games will look and play better.
jacktherippr@reddit
Bit of lag in local streaming no? I tried it on my phone and TV and found the MS to be really bad.
Judah_Earl@reddit
The target audience is console bros, with Sony is disappearing up its own arse, and Xbox being an overpriced doorstop at this point, Gabe see's an opening.
-CrackEnjoyer-@reddit
I just want one because I miss couchgaming
SongsAboutSomeone@reddit
The target audience of steam machine is people who want to buy steam machine, duh
NoWaterNoLuna@reddit
ick on eck status?
stop_talking_you@reddit
hdmi 2.0 is so garbage you cant even stream it from your high end pc if you want to go above 4k60hz.
only 2 usb slots like you need always a usb splitter if you want mk+b and controller and working audio you need also an usb dac too.
steam machine is so fucking bad designed. also how steam is becoming more and more woke. first these stupid anime avatars every sale and now these ads with these non binary people showcasing steam machine and steam deck....
Paladin-Astolfo@reddit
I’m a consoepeasant, so can anybody lay down some context for me.
nihongonobenkyou@reddit
Basically, obese people are yet again hyping up Steam's gorillionth attempt to compete with consoles. And as before, it's looking like the versions with hardware that actually outperform consoles are likely to be 2x as expensive
girlfriend_pregnant@reddit
If you are in international waters it’s at least 90% pedophilia related
Fit_Lecture_9274@reddit
The biggest rival of the steam machine is a steamdeck with a docking station.
Mr__Castle_@reddit
I'm a shameless Steam Deck dickrider, and this isn't remotely true.
Building your own PC is the biggest Steam Machine rival.
BkJabronie@reddit
Wtf is a Steam Dick deckrider?
Mr__Castle_@reddit
It's when I turn the haptics up to 11.
BkJabronie@reddit
And place in bumhole, I’m sure, knowing you steam dick people…
