Hello everyone! I need to move to Dallas in July to start work at UTSW. I'm looking for a studio at around $1200 that's at walking distance from the Simmon's building. Even is it isn't, it should at least have reliable public transport. I am an international student so I don't own a car. Do you guys have any idea? Every place I find seems to have roach/pest infestation issues or AC issues. Also I would like to be close to at least some grocery stores/restaurants. I would appreciate suggestions. Thanks!
