Router with wireless wan with 4G/5G failover

Looking for router recommendations for unattended installs.
I need:
- Connect to existing WiFi (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz)
- Redistribute its own WiFi network
- At least 2 LAN ports
- Automatic 4G/5G failover if the WiFi internet goes down or changes password
- Stable for long-term unattended use
Basically:
Venue WiFi as primary internet, cellular backup if it fails.
I’ve used the Teltonika RUT200 before, but it is single-band only, so it can’t connect to venues using 5 GHz-only WiFi.
Any recommendations?

I'm confused, "failover IF the WiFi changes password"
Why would WAN need failover if the LAN changes password?
Does someone not manage their own wireless lan? Is this actually "I need tmobile to step in if I don't pay my comcast bill, they manage my wifi"?

We place installs at different venues, so we don’t control the venue’s network or Wi-Fi settings. If they change the password, reboot equipment, or the network goes down, we need the router to automatically fail over to 4G/5G so the install stays online without requiring on-site support when it fails.

Because this is what OP wants

I understand that this is more of a consumer option than enterprise, but I have this in my personal life and like it.

Have used the GL-X750 on two installs, not too happy with that either since as you said is more of a consumer option. Have not been so reliable, have had some hard resets.

Doesn't CP require a subscription now? That seems so unessasary

Let's not call CradlePoint that...

Yeah Cradlepoint and Peplink are pretty much the go-to in this field.

It's been about 8 years since we were on cradlepoint but we had to move to meraki because the cradlepoint failover failed to work too many times.

You have Mikrotik Chateau that can do that too.

I've done this with Aruba APs. You can buy their Wi-Fi 6/6E range of APs that run Instant firmware and have completely local management without any subscription or licensing fees.
You can set up Wi-Fi uplink, mesh easily with other Aruba APs, and you can have LTE support with a USB modem (for which Aruba sells their own as well as supporting several 3rd party ones).
I haven't seen 5G mentioned anywhere, so that may be out. That said, sounds like the use case could survive with LTE and Aruba Instant is definitely stable long-term unattended.
