Brought to you by a child’s soft play Center. Before I opened the box the pizza was in a state of cooked/ non cooked. When I opened it the pizza remained in said state.

They totally used a heating element to "cook" this. Not a proper oven. The quality of pizza is so poor. So is whatever electric grill they used. They shouldn't be selling this at all.

Pre shredded cheeses have a coating to keep the shreds separate, it also can prevent it from melting properly

No, heat that's too high will do that.
You can tell from the state of the pie that their oven is busted. They're cranking whatever heating elements do work to max to compensate for the ones that don't, but the result is a pizza that is both burnt and undercooked.
