ULPT Request: How to get a USPS rain cape

A few days ago I saw a USPS employee wearing a USPS Rain Cape (https://www.usuniforms.com/rain-cape) and he was looking incredible in it!
I own a clothing brand I want to get one of these capes as a sample to work off of. However I am unable to purchase them as they can only be purchased by USPS employees. I reached out to the company selling them to purchase an unbranded one but they declined my request.
Any tips?

eBay or just talking to the mailman and strike a deal with them when they go their route, if they aren't behind.

Talk to your mailman. I used to be one and if my customer asked me for one I would help them out. They are expensive though so you will have to pay up.
