Bought a used ebike

I happened upon a cool little British ebike that seemed to tick all my boxes so I grabbed it. It's a Wisper 805fe. Everything seems to work great but it has a flat rear tire. Apparently this is not uncommon for these bikes.
I think it's in my best interest to have the tire fixed by a shop but is this a more complicated task on an ebike than an analog bicycle? It doesn't look too different from what I'm used to. The disc brake is on the front wheel but it has ordinary calipers on the back. I'm more concerned that I need to recalibrate something every time I do maintenance on this thing.

It's going to come off like any bicycle wheel,
just pay extra, extra attention to the placement of any washers
and re-install them exactly how they came off.
Before you tighten down the wheel nuts, make sure the
wheel is exactly centered between the chain stays.
Make sure you to put the chain on the gear selected on the shifter.
