The 5060 would not be a better choice for gaming. It's ok if you really need a specific use outside of gaming such as Blender where Nvidia may offer better performance.

If just pure gaming then rx9060xt better but if you wanna do streaming and do other stuff like video editing or rendering stuff nvidia one gpu will always be better for workstation

I don't see the 5060 as an option TBH. At best it can come close, at worst it's not even playable. I'm talking in general terms as games people play change over time, so you want the GPU that will last you the longest. Anything with 8GB VRAM is going to come up short at some point.

Both, its faster and has more vram, its closer to a 5060 ti than a 5060.

The RX9060XT 16gb is the better GPU, as more VRAM, and has a 16 lane pcie bus. Your system memory and CPU won't change that.
