In the market for a used car in California. Found a 2020 Civic Sport with 98k miles and the final price the dealer can offer is 17K out the door. Car is clean title and single owner with no damages reported on carfax. Has few minor dents (from the previous owner hitting garage wall during parking as per the dealer) and scratches but nothing major. Apart from that, the rear window's tint needs to be replaced because the film has air bubbles. Is this a good deal if everything comes clean in the PPI?
