I have a truck that has been sitting for a couple years. Had DEF in the tank. Does this stuff work to help clean it out?

Remove the tank and either pump it out clean or buy a new tank.

I wouldn’t put anything in the def tank that isn’t def. I would drain and refill it before I use an additive.
