I was once involved in three different relation with Turkish. They were all very friendly and extremely romantic but all of them were such big liars it was shocking, it was like a pathology they couldn’t control.

One of them had more than one number and started harassing me pretending to be a scammer / fake person, while dating me at the same time, and I would felt threatened by this fake person and the guy would try to calm me down and be my emotional support while I had no idea he was the one behind all of that! I later found out he did it because he liked to play with my emotions, he was a total psycho.

I thought I just got very unlucky with these three Turkish men but I later met people / friends who also shared very similar experiences of Turkish lying to them so much that it begs the question if it’s not a cultural pattern. Lying is a very big deal breaker.
