I tried to configure the fastest possible bolt action rifle for world building. Does a weapon like my imaginary Frankenrifle exist in real life?

A while ago, I tried to put together a Frankenstein bolt action rifle for a world building project. The goal was to get the rate of fire as high as possible. So I looked at individual features of various rifles and tried putting them together into something that theoretically should be super fast. Now I'm wondering whether anyone ever built something like what I came up with and I figured this sub would be the best place to ask about weird and obscure firearms. My fictional lightning Frankenrifle is basically a Swiss K-31 with the following changes: 1. 10-round magazine, loaded by an en-bloc clip with the same automatic ejection (and ping) as the M1 Garand. 2. Dogleg style bolt handle like on the P14 / M1917 Enfield, to allow your hand to pick up the bolt handle right after firing and deposit right it at the trigger immediately after cycling. 3. Extendable winter trigger like on a Swiss Stgw-57. I heard that some British soldiers with their SMLEs always hold onto the bolt handle with their thumb and index finger and then pull the trigger with their middle finger. This way, they never have to let go of the of the bolt handle. I figured a lever, connected to the trigger, on the same side as the bolt handle would make this easier, especially when wearing gloves. 4. Multiple locking lugs like on an AR-15 to reduce how far you need to pull the bolt. 5. Intermediate cartridge like 556 NATO or 545 Russian (or something more potent like .280 British) to reduce the way the bolt needs to travel even more. I've also heard that one of the reasons why Old West leverguns were so fast is because they fired the same ammunition as revolvers, making it easier to cycle them. 6. Length of pull adjusted precisely so the shooter never has to take his cheek off the rifle and disturb his sight picture in the process. This works in tandem with points 4 and 5. 7. Rear aperture sight like a P14 / M1917 Enfield for quick target acquisition.
