Searching for a good full stack course

Hello,
Basically, what the title says. I won't get into much detail. I have a solid amount of prior knowledge about the basics of programming, and I am not a programmer, but I aspire to become one.
What I am looking for is a good course that shows everything and doesn't skip much, from front-end basics to GitHub to creating a backend to deployment. There are a lot of courses on Udemy, and YouTube, but I never found one that encompasses everything. It should be a website, webapp, and backend can be either in Java or JS, aka Node.js, just no Python I can't get into another language at this point.
Thank you.

If you want something that’s actually comprehensive and modern, I’d seriously recommend Full Stack Open from the University of Helsinki. It’s free, JS/Node-focused, and goes deep into React, REST APIs, testing, databases, and deployment. I did the Next.js part myself: https://courses.mooc.fi/org/uh-cs/courses/full-stack-open-nextjs Highly recommend it over yet another random Udemy mega‑course.

This is the one. Odin project is also good but the cohesive structure of Full Stack Open was much better for me, although this was back in 2020 so I can’t say how either has evolved.
University of Helsinki also had a Java mooc that was just as good if you want to dive deeper into Java.

TOP is incredible, so glad something like this exists.

tbh I found the opposite, focusing on one area at a time helped me more than full stack courses.
