A group you join that puts you in an apartment for a flat fee. But every 6 months you have to move to a new one for the same flat fee. The group will provide packing & moving services.

If you live lightly, it's not miserable. That's a side effect of keeping too much stuff.

You can stay in the same general area. But also if you want to relocate you just pick a new state for your next zone
