Endodontic Dentistry in Dallas

Does anyone have a good endodontic dentist they recommend? Trying to find someone / get pricing has been a complete fiasco 🙃
Also if anyone has had an endodontic root canal - what is the typical cost of that? Is it covered by insurance?
Thank you in advance !!

I’ve had a lot of dental work done, and had three root canals. Went to an endodontist for the first time last year and was absolutely shocked by how amazing/painless it was. I think it was maybe 15 minutes of actual work. I’m sure I was just lucky, but it was also the best dental work I’ve received ever, so I’ve gotta plug, Dr. Murat Ayik at Woodhill endodontics. I just looked up my invoice and it was around $1500 with varying services included in that price. If you want do DM me I’m happy to list what all that included!

As a general dentist, I send all my patients to Dr Ayik. He is fast and good, and he doesn’t do a root canal on a tooth unless he knows it needs it.

I had a root canal back in January and my dentist recommended an endodontist due to it being an upper molar. Pulling it was a cheaper option too but recommended I try to save it. I went to endodontics associates of Dallas at their duncanville location. It was $1900 cash next day. If I remember correctly Mesquite endodontics was a little cheaper $1750 maybe but they were 2 weeks from seeing me. DNA endo in cedar hill was the cheapest I found by far but they were also 1 month+ wait time, maybe $1400. I think they all take insurance too but they need time to verify everything and the amount you owe. I didnt have insurance at the time and paid cash.
