Need advice for my first truck

I have been eyeing some really good vehicles for hard off-road life, I love the idea of camping on mountain tops! Through desserts and snow! Or going through the whole africa, america and asia while living in my van!
For a single person I found the Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series and the 78 Troopy to be the best options!
BUT!
Me and my wife both work online and need laptops/computers (actually technically for me 2 screens would be ideal for work) and ideally an indoor shower/toilet because I have a pathological need to take showers daily (I will make no comments on my metabolism).
Is there any vehicle that can fit these inside while remaining strong enough for hard terrain and compact enough for us to explore the cities of all continents? (I assume we will park on paid parking spots. so I wouldn't think of parking as much as I would think of those narrow tight corners some capitals have)
Thank you for your help!

Inside shower and toilet is a bad idea unless you’re getting an RV or a 5th wheel.
Get a Starlink and a monduo for 3 monitors and get a lap desk type thing. Or a table/chair to set up shop outside. Possibly under a canopy.
There is no right answer you’ll find. Assess, analyze, obsess, purchase, mod, perfect. You’ll stilllook at other rigs with envy because they went one way and you went another. Every choice for a thing makes one or more other things no gos.
Just do something and enjoy the ride, then change when you think you’ve found a better mousetrap. Good luck!

A Troopy with a pop-up roof or similar car allows you to carry a lot of equipment and maintain good off-road capabilities, although personally, it requires far too much storage space or effort to assemble and disassemble for me to consider it.
You could also look at 4x4 ambulances like this one , but you'd have to find one for sale.
Some camper shells on a pickup truck might also be interesting for you, but some, especially the completely rigid ones, significantly reduce the vehicle's capabilities, and some simply aren't strong enough to handle difficult off-road conditions.

You won't want an indoor toilet because the second your wife takes a shit and stinks up the truck, you're gonna realize it's a dumb idea. :)
It's better to have something that you can take outside and use in the bush.
You’ll probably want to take an outdoor shower in the evening, around 7 p.m., when it’s still really hot outside. That way you can cool off without getting too cold, sleep clean, and wake up feeling totally refreshed.
Either that or join a gym.
You're going to have to learn to live differently. It's not worse, it's just different.
Personally, my diet synchronizes my eating, so I usually go to the restroom when I'm at the gym, and I take my showers at the gym.

Very hard i think to fit all those requirements and still be small, especially the shower. I think that toms-fahrzeugtechnik.de largest model the World Crusier 5 can be equipped with a shower.
