Anyone running a camera setup at camp that connects to your phone off grid at night? Looking for something that can strap to a tree or vehicle, 360 view, motion triggered, night vision. Surprised nothing purpose built exists for this use case.

I live and camp in the Sierra Nevada and just open my tent or my back door to have a look when I hear something, it’s usually a raccoon sometimes a bear and I make sure it’s not a momma with cubs before I chase them out of camp or my trash at home. If it is a momma and cubs I give her room to gather the cubs first.

Have you checked out "Bird's Ai View", by Ucordia? I briefly looked at it before (I think before they added "Ai" to the name, but I've never used it out in the field.
As far as I can recall, its meant for boat, camper, travel use.
Its available for Android. I dunno about iPhone

Starlink on top. Camera connects to starlink then you can access via your phone

Most game cameras do this. At least I have a few that do.

What do you want to see with it?

You can do this with nearly anything as long as you have power and WiFi network up and running. The only real difference is if you want archived footage (satelite internet) or just pings and live view (WiFi) when things move by your rig. However if you want 100% constant live satellite-connected surveillance with on and offline footage archiving while off grid, you only need a bit of power and $$$ with a system like gost.com or the likes.

Baby Monitor.
They create their own network, they have infrared, they're motion/sound activated.
The type you want comes with a dedicated monitor screen so that you don't have to connect your phone (which sounds cool but in practice it's way more reliable to just use the camera/monitor instead of your phone)

I have a game cam that has built-in Wi-Fi. I can set that up remotely and access it over a short wireless range. Also has infrared for night vision and motion detection

You can buy a cheap/portable WIFI AP... They're probably <= $100 on Amazon.
Use that as your main network... connect your camera to it, then connect your phone when you want to view it.

They have 360 degree connected game cameras with night vision.

The easiest way to do this would be to grab one of the TP Link solar powered cameras with an internal battery and have it connect to your phone's Hotspot.
