How do I Scottishify my water in the South East of England?

At the risk of sounding like a pretentious prck, I live in Scotland and love the water here, it tastes like water is supposed to. I relatively frequently travel down to London and I kid you not, I become dehydrated each time because the water genuinely tastes like someone has added sugar to it. Same with bottled spring water, although not \*as bad\* as the south east tap water.
Does anyone know of a filter or something I can do, other than just "suck it up and drink it"?
