'Beavis and Butt-Head' will be on Netflix in the US in June 2026

Not sure which seasons yet but they're speculating it'll be the revival seasons. Hopefully that includes Season 3. Paramount did a similar thing with Digman where they licensed S1 and S2 to Netflix before they put S2 on Paramount+

They lied. originally it was reported in the press that all of the episodes would finally be streaming on Paramount Plus in the future but about 2 years ago they stopped adding a batch every few months..

ultimately they didn't even come remotely close to doing what they said they were doing which is really depressing. It strongly suggests they weren't viewed very well so they stopped putting the money towards the project

Not at all. Look at WB. They licensed their other shows to different streamers like Amazon Prime, Tubi and Netflix. They get the content and WB gets paid for it. Paramount must be losing money if they are putting the revival show on Netflix.

At one point Netflix had all seasons of the office, 30 rock, always sunny, SNL, king of the hill, and South Park. At one time. It was like $7 and had no ads. Those were the days lol.

The Paramount+ version at least with ads is almost unwatchable. 2 minutes of ads stuffed in between every segment of an episode which are only 5 minutes long between the show part and the music videos is ridiculous.

I tried watching "No Laughing" the other day and they cut off the whole ending after B&B leave McVicker's office.

I feel like the newer stuff has better banter during the music videos. "It's so cold in the D" was stellar.

They had some ok jokes in the old music videos, but the new ones definitely stand out more.

So I think they lost the rights to a lot of music videos they watch throughout the show. There are some music videos still in the dvd and streaming but it’s missing a lot. Something called king turd collection has them all. Only version that has the original show I believe and you have to download it yourself.

Obviously because they said the band sucks. When they allow them to use in the show I think they wouldn’t tell the band if they are going to say it’s good or bad.

Just wanted to add onto this, The Drew Carey show had issues with syndication and printing DVDs because of the music license. Carey didn't want an ep to air without the band or song that was a focal point to the ep. It wasn't until 2024/2025 did the show become streamable and then a DVD box set of the entire series was sold.

It's not. I'm hoping this is a similar situation to when they licensed Digman to Netflix. They included the most recent season from Comedy Central that hadn't been added to Paramount+ at the time.
