User error or gun error

I haven’t shot for 2 months and just got this used Glock 17 and went to shoot it, started to jam like this randomly. I didn’t oil it or anything this is fresh from the used gun rack, is it the gun messing up or me holding it wrong?

Its probably limp wristing
However limp wristing is a result of poor design that can be overcome with user input. Not all suffer from it but the Glocks certainly do.
TigerJas@reddit
Limp wristing is by definition user caused, it is not a design issue.
Can some designs better resist USERS limp wristing? Sure, but it’s a user issue.

If it’s solely user error then why are some guns immune to it? Limp wristing is a term cooked up by butthurt firearm owners who bought an unreliable firearm and wanted to shift the blame.

Why would you not clean and lube a new gun?
Wait. You’re trolling. Haha you got me!
Better-Interview-564@reddit (OP)
No all my brand new ones ran without oil so I figured this could as well
craigcraig420@reddit
That’s what you get for figurin

Little of Column A - User
Little of Column B - Gun

sweaty_pasta@reddit
Could be the rounds too

Definitely user error! First of all the user bought a Glock! Glocks have no soul! (actually they are like the AK-47 of pistols. Every single country uses them and I do own five of them ;-) I don’t like them! They are so ugly if Lego were to make a gun it would literally be this ugly!
And quit limp wristing at you, Sally!
Own-Particular6321@reddit
Limp wrist combined with a possibly worn extractor. Not a big deal at all. Clean her up a bit, oil it up, and it'll probably be fine.
TigerJas@reddit
1 Used gun. New owner did not bother to clean / oil before use.
2 30 round mag to function test a used gun.
3 Olight
4 Glock
Facts point to user error.
secret_alpaca@reddit
See if it's a specific mag that's causing it. If it's not the mag, most likely it's limp wristing.
knifemonstergar@reddit
Bad amino probably
wlogan0402@reddit
Is the ejector chipped?
Resident-Ferret-6464@reddit
Probably, or at least something to do with ejection. You can see the second round is partway into the chamber already, its just the spent one that refuses to eject
adubs117@reddit
Limp wrist maybe, if you're not used to shooting polymers.
