What size EFI partition size does W11 25H2 come with now?

I keep reading mixed things online — some people say W11 still creates a 100MB EFI partition, others say it’s now 250MB+.
I bought a ThinkPad T14 Gen 5 AMD last year with no OS and installed Windows 11 Pro myself (I think it was 24H2 at the time). It created a 100mb EFI partition, which ended up being too small for Lenovo BIOS updates that required around 200MB+ free.
I’m now on 25H2 and noticed the Lenovo BIOS version has updated further (I'm on v1.16 but I think v1.21 is out), but my EFI partition is still only showing as 100MB. Just tried to update to latest BIOS but it did not work...
So I was considering just reinstalling Windows 11 and manually creating a larger EFI partition this time (maybe 500MB–1GB). I’ve seen a few tutorials on it and it doesn’t seem too bad.
What size EFI partition does a clean Windows 11 25H2 install actually create nowadays though? Would I need to resize the EFI partition?
Thanks

Just imaged 16 new Dell Pro Max Plus laptops with plain Win11 25H2 latest ISO and they have
100MB EFI partition
774MB Recovery partition
953GB OS partition.
Out of the box Win11 installing to a wiped 1TB drive using WDS.

I have three Lenovo laptops (two of them running Windows 11), and none of them had issues updating the BIOS Either through Vantage or through Windows updates. Both Windows laptops have 25H2 and the UEFI partition is 200MB.

Ye I installed my laptop last year in March, which I think was 24H2.
Sounds like the 25H2 makes it 200mb (even though it did not auto change for me when I updated...which I dont think is possibly anyway).
Will clean install again.

Then you can use a Linux live boot and use GParted, which is what I used on couple occasions when I needed to manipulate partitions in such way.

I've had issues with 100MB EFI with p14s (AMD) Lenovo recommend official image which has 260MB
Our image has 300MB now, no issues so far

ah damn it needs 260MB?
How did you get 300MB? Reinstall and make a 300MB EFI part.?

We had a string of Lenovo's last year brick themselves with 100mb EFI partitions, found a 350mb one resolved the issue. We reported it to Lenovo but they insisted there was no issue.

I just used the MS W11 publicly available iso (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11) and it created a 200MB EFI.
