Whale ID?

Can anyone identify this whale (or other marine animal)?
It was quite large and the distance from the dorsal fin has me thinking it was a whale rather than a shark. Only saw it from a distance but managed to snap these photos. They're not much to go on but the dorsal fin is quite visible so I'm hoping that's enough for some people.
Sighted in Rainbow Beach, Queensland, Australia on May 18th

It is most likely a caudal or dorsal fin on a bull shark or great white.

If it's a whale it's likely an orca, depends if you saw a blow or not.
Otherwise it's a shark probably

Shark not whale. Way too sharp a fin.

Not a whale

Looks more like the tail rather than a dorsal fin. Fin whale certainly lunge feeding on their sides with part of the tail out the water. This is very reminiscent of photos I have of lunge feeding fin whale tbh.
