Rtx 3060 12gb vs rtx 4070 12 gb how well do both compare under AI ML workload

Since both have same v ram will there be any significant benefit of using 4070.

I'd personally go for the 4060 Ti 16GB. That extra 4GB of headroom is very useful.

If it's for working with AI, the 4060 Ti could be an option, although its chip is heavily cut down (4,352 CUDA cores) and has a memory bus of only 128 bits. Its 16GB of VRAM might suffice, but for gaming, the bandwidth is so narrow that the card chokes before it can take full advantage of that memory at high resolutions or with ultra-heavy textures; it's a "tank with a motorcycle engine."
