As I run this route fairly regularly, im looking for convenient places to stop, eat, go for a walk, or enjoy a 30 minute break.
Tell me where you favorite place is and why!

I usually stop at the Love's in Bliss, but I don't know that there's anything special there. Just a place to rest, maybe grab something to eat, refill your drink, and keep moving.

Mr. Gas in Jerome, the showers are genuinely pretty nice and the Mexican food truck is very decent. I also like the Boise Stage Coach, decent restaurant, the "butter chicken" in the hot case isn't really butter chicken but it's a nice hot meal when you're cold and tired, and the lot always has parking. And lastly there's a Perkins with truck parking in Burley.
Honorable mentions: the Love's in Bliss is probably one of the nicer ones I've been to and usually has parking. The Love's in Ontario is a little bit of a nightmare but there are some pretty good food trucks across the street. And Nampa has several small truck stops right off the highway plus cheap Ubers to literally any chain store you can think of.

Mr. Gas in Jerome. The Mexican food truck inside the truck stop building is pretty good

Boise Stage Stop was one of my favorite stops: 10 hrs from Seattle, 5 from SLC, good food, friendly staff, and a huge gravel lot that had parking at 0300.
