Realtor for rental houses in Dallas

Hello!
I am looking for a realtor who works with renters in Dallas proper. Trying to find a home in the White Rock Lake area for around $2,700 a month.
Looking for someone who is willing to work with my girlfriend who has a troubled credit history due to a voluntary car repo 2 years ago. My credit is good and is not an issue and my income is more than 3x rent.
Feel free to comment or DM me. Thanks!

Your best bet to alleviate any worries about your gf’s credit would be to offer to put an extra month or 2 down to show you’re good for the money and there’s no risk with someone having a lower credit score living there.

Definitely something we considered, we will offer that as an option, thanks!

For sure! If you’re short on options I can have one of my team reach out and send some potential properties that would work.

I always recommend HotPads. Thats the best place I've found to look for smaller buildings, duplexes, rental homes, etc - often locally owned and managed.
Look in the general area and CALL the property managers. Even if the listing you called about is no longer available, they will usually know of other upcoming vacancies in the same area. Tell them what you want. Be upfront about any credit issues, like say that on the first call but offer a solution or something..
Someone else suggested offering a larger deposit - you could try that. But before that I would offer paying three months rent up front or paying first and last month rent.
