In a movie full of amazingly-perfect songs, one after another for every scene, this particular song and scene makes me laugh even more than the others. In the scene it’s subtle and yet it’s so hilariously on-the-nose, and musically it’s such a great cover! What a great soundtrack. The Gypsy Kings, Bob Dylan, Kenny Rogers(!), and of course Creedance, and so many more. Thank you to the Coen Brothers and to T. Bone Burnett for caring this much to select just exactly the right music for exactly the right scene throughout this film.
