Ebola is not a disease that is an issue in the 1st world.
It's "cured" by not also having AIDS.
Unique-Sock3366@reddit
That is one of the most ridiculous assertions I’ve ever read.
stopusingyallweirdo@reddit
So the doctor has AIDS?
Suspicious-Agent8932@reddit
That can’t be good…other administrations:
Now: 🤡

“Under the order, officials may impose entry restrictions on travelers without U.S. passports who have been in Uganda, the Democratic Republic of Congo or South Sudan within the previous 21 days.” I’m sure Ebola recognizes that distinction also. Somehow I thought this applied to everyone, silly me.

Americans don't get sick?? (They can't afford to)
SmileMoreBuddy@reddit
Fuck sake, all these popping up about a year and a half into the current administration gutting funding for a lot of resources around the world that prevented this kind of thing. Who woulda thought… 🤦♂️
Ok_Recording81@reddit
Who would of thought of somebody getting ebola in Africa? Trump is a turd, but we are now going to blame him for every case of somebody catching something in another country? In to 2014 to 2016 there was an ebola outbreak in West Africa. Who's fault was that?
Salt_Sir2599@reddit
Not what was said. The legitimate complaint is that funding has been slashed. that previously helped minimize or prevent such outbreaks, and assisted in dealing with it.
Ok_Recording81@reddit
You implied this would not have happened if it was not for Trump. You specifically said "Fuck sake, all these popping up about a year and a half into the current administration" which suggests you are blaming Trump for this. What are you referring to when you said "all these popping up"?
What is popping up? What exactly are you referring to?
"gutting funding for a lot of resources around the world that prevented this kind of thing."
How would funding have prevented a dr. from getting ebola?
Funding was not cut in 2014 when there was an ebola outbreak in Africa.
I find it strange you mentioned Trump in in this post talking about a specific person getting ebola and then say, thats not what I said. Its clearly shows you are blaming him for this. Again funding did not prevent an outbreak from years ago.
There has not been any increase really diseases\virus spreading more than they were before funding was cut to USAID and otjer aid packages.
If you have facts and statistics to back up your claim, I will listen. Otherwise this is just an an anti Trump thing without any factual data. Trump is a turd, but unless there is evidence that his policies led to this, its just based on your feelings.
Its very easy to lay blame but nees somwthing tangible to make sure that blame is being placed correctly.
SmileMoreBuddy@reddit
Well I at least can respect you admitted you were incorrect. Yeah it genuinely wasn’t a political comment it’s just flat out facts.
Ok_Recording81@reddit
Yes I was wrong and I intentionally put it in bold to make it stand out.
lizardhistorian@reddit
Come the fuck on man. You are not suck a dope that you actually believe that.
Stop saying retarded shit to part of the sheeple.
Objective-Row-5300@reddit
Not to worry. We have an excellent Secretary of Health to guide the country
lizardhistorian@reddit
If you would rather be lied to while they do even more retarded and detrimental things then you are the problem.

Anyone ever watch the documentary with Dr. Ian Crozier on YT? It’s extremely good. I think one of the gov channels has it. Like an hour and a half. He wound up getting it and survived it. Really really good documentary.
No_Possible_7108@reddit
This happens to be an American doctor that was helping to treat patients in Africa, not somebody that has picked it up in the States
Mojave0@reddit
Yes, very important to know that it wasn’t someone picking it up in the states I don’t know why that wasn’t in the title of the article people are gonna read the headline and assume Ebola is in America
fragrant-final-973@reddit
Love how his current location was not mentioned a single time in the article 🙄
ExtensionMoose1863@reddit
Yeah ... He was treating sick people in THE CONGO
WinterOrb69@reddit
Meanwhile in America.
