Charter Crew List Question

I’m chartering in Lefkada soon, it’s a two week trip split into two parts.
The first week is for my dads 70th and we are sailing down to Kefalonia where he, my step-mum and my sister leave the boat.
Then for the second week, some friends are flying out to join us for the trip back to Lefkada.
The charter company needs the crew list and I’m unsure what to tell them. They normally ask for passports of those on the boat but half the crew won’t be there till week 2.
I could just give them the people leaving from Lefkada but then I will be worried about what happens if we get found with other people on the boat.
Or I explain the situation to them and then I’m worried they say that isn’t allowed to happen!
My experience of Greek bureaucracy is that they can over complicate things! Although that was 15 years ago as an instructor.
Any advice gratefully received!

I list everyone. We always have folks coming and going. The broker's crew list form is completed online and includes DOB, Passport # etc.
If asked, I explain that they are flying in on blank date. Its never been an issue.
As an aside, We did 2 weeks out of Lefkada a couple of years ago and it was excellent. Kioni on Ithaca was a favorite.
You want good conditions, but Paxos & Antipaxos are easily doable in 2 weeks, and were a highlight. (We went down to Kefalonia, and up to Corfu, and didn't feel pressed. 50' monohull, so we could average 6.5-7knts when needed.)
It was very hot, and Paxos, Antipaxos were a couple of degrees cooler.

Thanks! Can’t wait for the trip, I used to teach in this area but that was so long ago so can’t wait to go for an actual holiday rather than smashing out ICC’s for Sunsail

Full disclosure, the charter pricing often has a crew change fee of maybe 300 bucks. Ive never asked what that was for, for fear of triggering it. I assumed it was for fresh linens or such, but our is a rustic crowd, and they can do laundry if they care to.

Greek bureaucracy hasn’t changed at all but on my charter they just asked for the passport numbers of the crew but no one physically checked the documents when we checked in.
The charter companies just have to comply with the officials for the documentation but especially in Lefkada it’s so high volume that I don’t think anyone has the ability to get too granular about.
I would just talk to the charter company about it and explain the situation it shouldn’t be an issue.

I'd include all the names + dates each group will be on the boat, and figure out a solution for those that don't join until week 2, probably will just want a picture of the passport.
Nothing all that complicated, they most likely need it for insurance purposes + immigration checks.
I don't think your situation is all that unique.
