Hi everyone,

My partner and I are planning on moving to Milton Keynes this summer, and we’re currently doing viewings in CMK as we commute into London.

We saw a flat we liked in Central MK in Amethyst House in the Vizion Complex which we are in the process of applying for.

However, since then, we’ve spoken to someone who has said there can be issues with apartments in that complex being used for Airbnbs. Also heard there’s an issue with cladding.

Has anyone lived in this complex or have any experience with them? We’d really appreciate any insights (positive or negative) on the building, management, or the surrounding area. As well as if we should be looking elsewhere and any recommendations. Only requirement is being in walking distance of the station.
