Offline systems that use LLMs for data retrieval have been discussed in past threads, and many people have been creating products of this type. However, LLMs so routinely provide incorrect information (known as "hallucinations") that most people in this community would recommend against using them for emergency preparedness or anything else important, especially when life and safety are potentially at stake.
