Apartment Recs in Grand Prairie/Dallas Texas Area

Hello,
My husband got a new job in Grand Prairie and we are looking to move within the next 2 months. We have no children, but have 2 dogs. We have no family or friends in the DFW area so we have no clue where to live at or where to look lol. We are hoping to stay below $1500. If anyone has any recommendations on apartments, preferably 1Bed 1Bath and that allows 2 dogs, please let me know! Thank you! (:

Look near Epic Waters as there’s a great area for outdoors walking, restaurants lots of activities

You can find 1 BR for that price in GP, any of the ones around 161, but stay at or around that price. Anything cheaper is older and you're gonna see more bugs.

Lots of new apartments have sprung up just in Grand Prairie in the last few years and Dallas will have many more. I lived in the parkways on prairie creek in GP for a while and it was fine… although this was a good 7 years ago now. A lot of the new apartments in GP are along the George Bush tollway, near IKEA and Bass Pro.
