my pc has had this problem on and off for a while now and i dont know how to fix it. ill be playing a game and or streaming on discord while in chat and sometimes randomly my pc will stutter and then freeze about 5 times and then something will close when it comes back. usually its discord, im on windows 11 pro and my build is all recent parts

please help me im out of ideas and i dont know how to fix this
