I'm planning to get something for \~$600 for general use, coding, AI, CAD, and some gaming. Is this a good, balanced build, and okay price-wise. My deadline to build is June mid so I can wait it out too.

I know SSDs are expensive, but you'll probably blow through that 512gb pretty quick. Just something to keep in mind.

For those prices, it's good and it's hard to suggest alternatives.
The 5800XT is different because it contains a fancier CPU cooler in the box, so it doesn't need a separate CPU cooler.
But at those prices you might not be getting the complete package.
Typically I recommend an i5-12600KF over AM4. If we used the normal price for the CPU and kept the motherboard discount and dropped the CPU cooler: PCPartPicker Part List
But since you're getting a good deal, then it doesn't matter.
